Justyn Hintze

Justyn Hintze is an advocate for breaking binaries, and just breaking stereotypes. She has an MEd in Human Sexuality from Widener University, and is a sexologist, educator, and consultant.

By day, Justyn is the Director of Women Who Tech, coaching startup founders on how to pitch to investors, and helping to fund women-led startups globally. Collectively, Justyn has helped to coach and award more than $1M in cash grants and prizes to startups across 5 continents. Also, she is the Senior Strategist at Rad Campaign, a full-agency web development company campaigning for socially conscious nonprofits.

A sexuality educator and curriculum writer at Lotus Blooms, and facilitator of various company inclusivity trainings, Justyn advocates for age-appropriate, medically accurate, pleasure-based comprehensive sex ed. On the Board of Directors for both the Woodhull Freedom Foundation and the Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health, Justyn is passionate about creating safer spaces to foster open, raw conversations using a human rights framework.

Justyn authors curriculum on intimacy, gender, and pleasure, and has been published in Bust Magazine, AlterNet, Kinkly, Cosmopolitan, RH Reality Check, and Jezebel to name a few. She facilitates panels, trainings, and workshops at conferences and in classrooms nationwide.
