Alexandra Wollum

Allie Wollum is a Project Manager at Ibis Reproductive Health. Allie manages the research work on the Free the Pill project, working to bring an oral contraceptive over-the-counter, and coordinates activities aiming to organize young people and parents around this topic. She also works on projects evaluating the effect of barriers to abortion in multiple countries around the world. Before joining Ibis, Allie was a research fellow at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation and worked on projects related to assessing access, gaps, costs and equity of health systems, estimating coverage of maternal and child health interventions in Nigeria, and designing monitoring and evaluation systems for community-based interventions addressing diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Previously, Allie also worked to build the community organizing initiative PIH|Engage at Partners In Health. Allie holds a Master in Public Health degree from the University of Washington in Global Health with a concentration in Health Metrics and Evaluation and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in Community Health and International Relations.
